SG Holdings Limited has commenced its Series 3 & 4 Commercial Paper (CP) issuance, aiming to raise up to ₦75 billion under its ₦100 billion Commercial Paper Issuance Programme.
SG Holdings Limited (“SGH”) is a Nigerian-based integrated energy and marine logistics company with operations across West Africa. Headquartered in Nigeria, it has a presence in Lagos, Abuja, Port Harcourt, Accra, and Abidjan. The Company operates in the energy midstream and downstream sector, including oil and gas transportation, energy trading & infrastructure, which includes a fleet of ocean-going tankers with a total dead weight tonnage of 1,456,000 MT, a 52-million-liter tank farm, & a 30,000 metric ton capacity jetty, retail services (filling stations), aviation fuel services, LPG, and shipping logistics.
The current offer, which opened on Wednesday 4th of March, 2026 is expected to close on Tuesday, March 10, 2026.
As highlighted in the 2025 Audited Account, SG Holdings achieved a 35% growth in gross earnings, reaching ₦588.32 Billion, up from ₦434.63 Billion in December 2024. The Company maintains a stable outlook, supported by its short-term ratings of A1 from Agusto & Co, and A1+ rating from GCR. SG Holdings has a highly capable executive management team that has been pivotal to driving the business’s growth and achieving its strategic objectives.
